Intuos3's new ExpressKeys and Touch Stip(s) provide substantial productivity enhancements that greatly speed up workflow. An integrated set of customizable ExpressKeys default to keyboard modifiers Ctrl & Alt for Windows/Command & Option for Macintosh, plus shift and space, they are chordable - multiple keys can be held down simultaneously for even greater efficiency;and these are easily customised in the Wacom tablet Control Panel. In addition, the new finger-sensitive Touch Strip(s) allow users to zoom, scroll, or preform custom keystroke actions.

Patented Pen technology

The Intuos3 Pen is cordless and battery-free for relible and consistent opertaion. Both the pen tip and eraser, feature 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity. The two way DuoSwitch on the pen is completely programmable through the tablet control panel. You can set independent actions to each end such as double-click, right-click or any shortcut keys you choose.

Intuos3 tablet resolution has been increased to 5080 lpi, a Reporting Rate of 200 points per second via a Mps USB connection delivering enhanced Mapping Accuracy.

Customisation

Intuos3 includes 3 different pen nibs. Standard pen nibs, a Stroke nib and a felt nib.

Wacom's control panel allows customisation of all the aspects of the Intuos3 pen, mouse and tablet features.
