Initial System Setup

All turnkey systems supplied by DVT include all relevant hardware installation, calibration, testing and operating system and application setup and optimization. This includes installing the latest versions of the products purchased and patches that are available at the time of purchase.

Training

An initial training session is provided on new systems. We do this training on your system with you so you can fully understand the operational functionality of the system and are aware of how your system is calibrated and setup. We will also work with you to ensure that you have the optimum workflow setup for your productions.

Phone, Email and Online Support

We offer phone, email and online support to our customers on support contracts. Phone support is available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and can be extended to after hours if your facility requires. We have staff qualified to provide support and while we will make every effort to resolve any problem via phone and email, we may require the system to be returned to our workshop or have to come out on site for repairs if we are unable to do this.

In house and onsite service

We have extensive experience in installing, configuring and calibrating Final Cut Studio Edit Suites and storage area network solutions. We have highly skilled engineers that can do everything from upgrading hard drives, memory, graphics cards, RAID controllers or capture cards right through to providing full Edit Suite and SAN installations in our workshop or onsite.

Production Assurance

From time to time if hardware needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair and you are in the middle of an important production we can assist you by providing an equivalent system to use while yours is under repair. This will ensure that the impact to your business from this is minimized as much as possible.
